Help Yourself Stop Smoking with Hypnosis - £175

According to the New Scientist magazine Hypnosis is the easiest way there is to help you Stop Smoking.  It's one 2-hour session tailored specifically to you and how you smoke - this gives you maximum opportunity to walk away a non-smoker.

This is a very successful therapy and the two-hour session is all most people need to gain their freedom and take control of their life again.  However, if you do have a problem after the therapy then simply ring me and I'll arrange a free top-up session - most people don't need this but it's nice to know it's there if you do.

Please understand that this is not a magic wand that is waved and you stop smoking.  Hypnosis helps you to stop, but you still have to want to stop and there are lots of things that we'll talk about that will help to make stopping easier.

I believe in constantly updating my therapy if anything better comes along and I've found over many successful sessions that you benefit greatly from an extra one-hour session a week after the first.  So, I've decided to add this session free of charge as a service to you.  We can deal with any issues you've come across in the past week and help you remain a non-smoker, or simply use it as a relaxation session.  We book this session when we've completed the 2-hour session.
